1. About the Service

HireToolX is a web-based platform offering AI-powered career tools for job seekers. The Service is owned and operated by Mukesh Yadav, based in India.

2. Products & Services Offered

The following tools are included with every paid Access Pass, starting at ₹299 (INR):

1. Job Tracker — Track saved roles, applications, interviews, offers and follow-ups in one organized board.
2. Contacts — Keep recruiters, hiring managers and referrals you've connected with in one place.
3. Resume Builder — Build a clean, ATS-friendly resume from your details, with live preview and PDF/DOCX export.
4. Resume Tailoring — Compare your resume with a job description, find the highest-impact gaps, and apply confirmed improvements.
5. AI Resume Builder — Describe your background in a few lines and get an editable first draft of your resume.
6. ATS Scorer — Compare your resume with a job description and see the keywords and sections to improve.
7. Cover Letter — Draft a cover letter tailored to the role, the company and your experience.
8. LinkedIn Optimizer — Improve your LinkedIn headline, About section and experience bullets for the role you want.
9. Cold Email to Recruiter — Write a short, specific outreach email to a recruiter or hiring manager.
10. Referral Ask Message — Ask a connection for a referral with a clear, personal message.
11. Interview Prep — Answer a few questions and get a structured AI preparation plan that you can save and revisit.
12. Portfolio Website — Turn your resume or imported LinkedIn profile into a shareable public portfolio site in one click.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
• We offer time-limited Access Passes: ₹299 for 30 days, ₹699 for 90 days, and ₹1,199 for 180 days, each granting full access to every tool for the duration purchased.
• There are no auto-renewing subscriptions or recurring charges — each Access Pass is a single payment for a fixed period, and buying again before your current pass expires extends it rather than starting a new period from zero.
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and wallets.
• Prices may change at any time. Once purchased, your Access Pass runs for its full stated duration regardless of future price changes.

4. User Accounts

• You must create or sign in to a valid account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Each purchase is linked to a single Google account and is non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the generated content at scale.
• Share your account credentials or paid access with others.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• Content you generate (resumes, emails, etc.) belongs to you.
• The Service, its design, branding, and underlying code remain the property of HireToolX.

7. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, the service providers involved, and how to request access to or deletion of your data.

8. Refunds

Please review our No-Refund & Cancellation Policybefore purchasing. Completed digital purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed and access is granted, except for duplicate or incorrect charges and any remedy required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

• HireToolX provides AI-generated content as suggestions. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Access Pass.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
