By accessing or using HireToolX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

HireToolX is a web-based platform offering AI-powered career tools for job seekers. The Service is owned and operated by Mukesh Yadav, based in India.

2. Products & Services Offered

The following tools are included as part of a single lifetime plan priced at ₹199 (INR):

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
The current price is ₹199 one-time for lifetime access to all tools.
There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.
Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and wallets.
Prices may change at any time. Once purchased, your access is lifetime regardless of future price changes.

4. User Accounts

You must create or sign in to a valid account to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Each purchase is linked to a single Google account and is non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the generated content at scale.
Share your account credentials or paid access with others.
Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you generate (resumes, emails, etc.) belongs to you.
The Service, its design, branding, and underlying code remain the property of HireToolX.

7. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, the service providers involved, and how to request access to or deletion of your data.

8. Refunds

Please review our No-Refund & Cancellation Policybefore purchasing. Completed digital purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed and access is granted, except for duplicate or incorrect charges and any remedy required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

HireToolX provides AI-generated content as suggestions. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (₹199).

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
