No-Refund Policy
- All completed purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed and digital access is granted.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind, non-use, dissatisfaction with AI-generated suggestions, or failure to achieve a particular employment outcome.
- This policy does not limit any refund or remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
- HireToolX is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription to cancel.
- There are no recurring charges, auto-renewals, or hidden fees.
- Once purchased, your access is lifetime and does not expire.
Billing Exceptions & Payment Errors
- If the same order is charged more than once, contact us so we can verify and reverse the duplicate charge.
- If money is debited but Cashfree does not confirm the payment, your bank or payment provider may automatically reverse it. This is a failed-payment reversal, not a product refund.
- For an unauthorized transaction, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and notify us with the order details.
- If payment is confirmed but access is not activated, contact us and we will verify the order and restore access.
Payment Information
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).
- Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments.
- Accepted methods: UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and wallets.
