Shipping & Delivery Policy

HireToolX is a digital product platform. We do not ship any physical goods. Delivery is completed electronically to your registered account.

1. Nature of Delivery

All products on HireToolX are digital services and AI-generated outputs.
No physical shipping, courier, or postal dispatch is involved.
Access is provided online after successful payment verification.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery is usually instant after payment confirmation.
In some cases, activation may take up to 15 minutes due to payment gateway or network delays.
If access is not enabled within 30 minutes, contact support for resolution.

3. What You Receive

Lifetime access to all currently listed tools under your purchased plan.
Generated outputs (resume text, scripts, messages, etc.) directly inside your account.
Access to your generation history for later use.

4. Delivery Confirmation

A successful payment status in your account confirms digital delivery. If payment is debited and access is not unlocked, write to hello@hiretoolx.in with your registered email and order ID.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If payment fails, no delivery is made and no access is unlocked.
If payment succeeds but delivery is delayed, support will manually verify and activate access.
Support response time is usually within 24 hours on business days.
